Booking your trip to Greece with Kelifos is simple and stress-free. We are here to accompany you at every step, from the first spark of interest to the day of departure. Here is how it works, in complete serenity.

Browse our trips on the site: Cyclades, Crete, Ionian Islands, Peloponnese... Each trip page details the day-by-day programme, the walking pace, the charming addresses where you will stay, and the flavours you will discover.

Book in a few clicks
Once you have made your choice, select a departure date and fill out the online booking form. It is quick and secure.

What happens next
1. You receive an acknowledgement confirming your booking.
2. Within 2 to 3 working days, your dedicated advisor confirms the reservation or suggests an alternative (dates, accommodation). You are free to accept or decline, with no obligation.
3. Your invoice is sent by email and remains available in your traveller area.
4. For guided trips, a confirmation email is sent as soon as the trip is confirmed (minimum number of participants reached).
5. At 60 days before departure, you pay the balance. A reminder is sent automatically.
6. Between 30 and 15 days before departure, you receive your complete travel pack: detailed programme, accommodation contacts, route book, and all practical information to make the most of your trip.
Payment
More than 60 days before departure: a 30% deposit is required at booking. The balance is due 60 days before departure.
60 days or less before departure: full payment is required at booking.

Frequently asked questions
My online payment was declined. What should I do?Your bank is applying additional security checks: follow its instructions and try again. You will not be charged twice. If the problem persists, call us at +33 (0)4 76 95 23 00 for a secure telephone payment.
I misspelled a name.Email us or call us right away. Without an airline ticket involved, this generally poses no problem.
Which name should I use for a trip that includes flights?Use your birth name and first name as they appear on your passport.
