Three paces, one philosophy
All our trips share something in common: they prioritise pleasure, comfort, and connection. What changes is simply the time spent moving each day and the type of terrain. Here is how we distinguish them.
Gentle discovery
2 to 3 hours of walking per day, on easy paths.
This is the ideal pace for those who prefer to linger. You walk in the morning on well-marked trails, often along the coast or through olive groves, then enjoy the afternoon visiting an ancient site, swimming in a cove, or simply savouring a frappe on a terrace. The paths are gentle, with no steep sections.
Perfect if: you enjoy alternating between walking and relaxing, or if this is your first walking-holiday experience.
Active walking
4 to 5 hours of walking per day, on varied trails.
This is the heart of our range. You cross magnificent landscapes at a steady rhythm, with pauses to admire a panorama, taste the figs by the side of the path, or exchange a few words with a shepherd. The trails may include some gentle climbs, but nothing that is not accessible to anyone used to walking regularly.
Perfect if: you enjoy walking and want to discover varied landscapes without rushing.
Sustained exploration
5 to 6 hours of walking per day, on sometimes rugged trails.
For regular walkers who enjoy long days in the heart of nature. The itineraries cross wilder landscapes (gorges, ridgelines, shepherd paths) with sections that require good confidence on natural terrain. Pleasure remains at the centre: every evening, you return to the comfort of a beautiful address and a savoury Greek dinner.
Perfect if: you walk regularly at home and enjoy wide-open spaces.
A trip accessible to all regular walkers
Rest assured: the vast majority of our trips correspond to the "active walking" pace. If you can comfortably walk 3 to 4 hours on a country trail, most of our trips are open to you.
