Kelifos is the Greece-dedicated brand of Grand Angle SAS, a tour operator based in the Vercors, France. The website us.kelifos.travel ("the Site") allows you to discover and book hiking and cycling trips across the Greek islands and trails.
By browsing the Site or using its features, you accept without reservation these terms of use ("ToU"). We recommend reading them before navigating.

Definitions
- Site: the platform us.kelifos.travel, operated by Grand Angle SAS under the Kelifos brand.
- User: any person visiting the Site.
- Client: a person who has subscribed to the newsletter, requested a quote, or confirmed a trip proposal.
- Services: all features offered, including the catalogue of trips in Greece, quote requests, and traveller area.
Intellectual property rights
The texts, photographs, illustrations, videos, logos, and other elements published on the Site belong to Grand Angle SAS or its licensed partners. They are protected under intellectual property law.
No reproduction, even partial, is authorised without prior written agreement, except for a copy for strictly private use. The Kelifos and Grand Angle trademarks may not be used without express authorisation.
User commitments
Each User agrees to comply with applicable legislation, the rights of third parties, and these ToU when browsing the Site.
Login credentials for the traveller area are personal and confidential. In case of fraudulent use, notify us immediately at infokelifos.travel .
By using the Services, you certify that:

The Site is freely accessible to any person with an internet connection. Access costs (subscription, equipment) remain the responsibility of the User.

- The Kelifos trip catalogue in Greece (Cyclades, Crete, Peloponnese, mainland Greece, etc.)
- Detailed pages for each itinerary: day-by-day programme, accommodations, required level, prices
- The personalised quote request form
- The secure traveller area to access your travel documents
Availability and limitations of liability
We make every effort to keep the Site accessible at all times. Interruptions may nevertheless occur for maintenance, technical updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Grand Angle SAS declines any responsibility for temporary unavailability of the Site or for malfunctions related to the User's equipment. It is each User's responsibility to protect their own devices and data.

Applicable law
