Picture the warm breath of the Ionian breeze on your face, the scent of lemon trees lining a coastal path, and before you, a turquoise bay where you will stop for a frappe with your feet in the sand. Greece is savoured by bike like nowhere else: at your own pace, pedalling from a fishing village to a family taverna, from a centuries-old olive grove to a vista that takes your breath away. Thanks to the e-bike, the Greek hills become a pleasure rather than an obstacle, and each day unfolds according to your wishes: a morning of discovery, a lunch of grilled fish facing the sea, a free afternoon to wander or swim. Whether you choose a guided trip or a self-guided escape, we have thought of every detail so you need only enjoy.

Cycling offers that precious freedom to stop when a panorama seizes you, to veer towards a white chapel glimpsed around a bend, to follow a coastal road all the way to a cove known only to locals. It is a journey of the senses above all: the fragrance of wild thyme warmed by the sun, the taste of a fig picked at the roadside, the ever-changing blue of the Aegean accompanying you throughout.
With an e-bike, the climbs to hilltop villages are gentle, never diminishing your pleasure. Differences in fitness disappear: everyone pedals at their own rhythm, stops when they wish, and arrives fresh and ready to enjoy every discovery. This is the approach we champion at Kelifos: cycling as an art of living, not a discipline.
The bike and boat concept enriches the experience further: sailing from island to island aboard a traditional caique, then hopping on your bike to explore each stop at your leisure. No suitcases to drag, no transfers to arrange. Your days alternate between the pleasure of pedalling on quiet roads and gliding over the crystal waters of the Aegean.
Corfu, Kefalonia, Zakynthos: the Ionian Islands offer a postcard-perfect setting for cycling. Here, roads wind between cypresses and olive trees, skirt spectacular cliffs and descend towards secret coves with waters of an almost unreal blue. The terrain, gentler than other archipelagos, is ideal for e-bike riding. You pedal through cool woodland in the morning, lunch in a Venetian village with colourful facades, and treat yourself to a swim in the afternoon. The Italian influence shows in the cuisine: pastitsada, sofrito, olive oil of rare quality. Each island has its character, its flavours, its rhythm.
Cycling through the Cyclades means treating yourself to breathtaking vistas at every turn. Coastal roads reveal infinite perspectives over the Aegean, whitewashed villages stand out against the azure sky, and side paths lead to deserted beaches. The bike-and-boat option comes into its own here: sailing from Paros to Naxos, from Serifos to Sifnos, exploring each island during a day of easy pedalling. Gastronomic stops punctuate the route: a glass of Assyrtiko facing the Santorini caldera, a grilled octopus meze in a harbour taverna.
The largest of the Greek islands holds treasures that cycling reveals better than any other means of discovery. Coastal plains and inland valleys offer accessible routes, punctuated by authentic villages where time seems suspended. You stop at a family olive mill, taste a raki offered by a producer, visit a Minoan site four thousand years old. Cretan cuisine, recognised as one of the healthiest in the world, transforms every meal into a moment of pleasure. The e-bike lets you venture effortlessly into the rolling hinterland, where the most beautiful stone villages hide.
At Kelifos, we know that the pleasure of a cycling holiday depends as much on what you discover as on what you do not have to worry about. Here is what we take care of for you:
Our advisors, true connoisseurs of Greece, guide you in choosing the stay that suits you best. They know every island, every season, every address. Do not hesitate to reach out.

Géraldine 12/27/25•Kefalonia by e-bike in 8 days - Kelifos
— The destination is magnificent. Electric bikes are a must. The tour could be improved: more time at Fiscardo, visit to Assos, better coordination of Grand Angle with bike rental company and hoteliers, more advice given on visiting remarkable points (monasteries, island summit, beaches, etc.).
Brigitte12/27/25•Ionian Islands by boat and bike, 8 days - Kelifos
— A very warm welcome on board from two guides who were very helpful and attentive to our needs as passengers. Dionisos in particular was exceptional. Disappointed by the proposed destinations following program changes. Overall, a very expensive trip compared to reality. Poor value for money. Great discomfort for some: beds and bedding wet, water oozing down the walls.
dominique12/27/25•Ionian Islands by boat and bike, 8 days - Kelifos
— On the boat side, as long as the weather was fine, it wasn't too much of a problem, despite the very small cabins. In the rain, it was simply unacceptable, with water running through all the cabins, soaking the carpets as well as the mattresses and bedding. On the other hand, as far as the crew was concerned, they were very nice, and the food was very good and varied..... we still had the strong feeling that the captain was taking us wherever he wanted. As for the bikes, nothing to complain about, they were very, very good and our guides were extraordinary.
