Conditions of Sale
Conditions of Sale
These conditions of sale (hereinafter "CoS") apply to all trips offered by Grand Angle SAS under the Kelifos brand, via the website us.kelifos.travel (hereinafter "the Site"). Any purchase of a trip implies full and unreserved acceptance of these CoS.
The travel packages offered by Kelifos are considered, under French regulations, as "packages" (forfaits), and you benefit accordingly from the protection provided by Articles L. 211-1 et seq. of the French Tourism Code (Code du tourisme).
1. Our trip offerings
On our Site, we provide detailed information on the nature and specifics of each trip: day-by-day programme, practical information about the destination, walking pace, and all useful information for its completion.
A "Prices and Booking" section allows you to check the trip price for your chosen dates.
In the event of any discrepancy between the information in our promotional materials (brochure, partner websites) and the technical details available on the Site, the latter shall prevail.
Our trips require a variable degree of physical involvement depending on the pace of the chosen trip. We recommend that you read the information on pace and comfort for each trip carefully. If in doubt, do not hesitate to contact us: we will take the time to discuss with you and find the trip best suited to your wishes and fitness level.
1.1. Self-guided trips
Self-guided trips allow you to travel at your own pace, without a guide, while enjoying a fully organised experience: charming accommodations, luggage transfers, and a detailed route book. For some trips, a minimum of two participants is required.
1.2. Guided trips
Guided trips allow you to discover Greece in a small group, with an experienced guide. The maximum group size is indicated on each trip page.
The guiding staff (guides, leaders) are the sole judges of whether to carry out or modify the planned programme, in order to ensure the safety of travellers and the smooth running of the trip. They are authorised to suspend or interrupt the trip of one or more travellers for safety reasons.
1.3. Custom trips
You can design a personalised trip with the help of our advisors, either self-guided or guided. Simply contact us to share your wishes.
2. Booking and payment
2.1. Booking
You can book our trips on our Site by filling out the booking form, or through our advisors (by telephone or email).
Your booking becomes binding upon your order on the Site or by telephone, and payment of the trip price according to the terms set out below.
In accordance with Article L 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, you do not benefit from a cooling-off period for the purchase of travel services.

- Special case for cruises and boat accommodations: deposit of 60% of the total trip price.
- 60 days or less before departure: full payment of the trip.
Any late payment will be treated as a cancellation on your part.
Accepted payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfer. Please contact us for other payment options.
2.3. Invoice
For every validated and collected payment, a booking confirmation and an invoice will be sent within 15 days of collection.
3. Travel information
3.1. Administrative and health formalities
Before booking, verify that each traveller holds a valid passport or national identity card, as well as any documents required (visa, authorisations) for transit and entry into the country or countries of the trip.
Grand Angle SAS provides formality information for French nationals. For other nationalities, we are available to assist you with your requirements.
3.2. Physical fitness
Each traveller must ensure their physical condition is suited to the trip in question. Grand Angle SAS cannot be held responsible in the event of insufficient fitness revealed during the trip. If in doubt, we invite you to consult your doctor before booking.
4. Modifications requested by the traveller
After booking and before the departure date, any modification request (addition or removal of services, change of dates, of participants) may incur additional charges. Grand Angle SAS will invoice the actual costs plus EUR 50 in service fees per person.
5. Cancellation by the traveller
In the event of cancellation on your part, cancellation fees will be retained as follows:
- More than 60 days before departure: processing fee
- 60 to 31 days before departure: 30% of the total trip price
- 30 to 21 days before departure: 50% of the total trip price
- 20 to 8 days before departure: 75% of the total trip price
- Less than 8 days before departure or no-show: 100% of the total trip price
We strongly recommend taking out cancellation insurance for peace of mind.
6. Cancellation or modification by Grand Angle SAS
Grand Angle SAS reserves the right to modify or cancel a trip in the event of exceptional and unavoidable circumstances (force majeure, weather conditions, insufficient number of participants). You will be informed no later than 21 days before departure for guided trips.
In the event of cancellation on our part, you may choose between rescheduling, an alternative trip, or a full refund of all sums paid.
