Two islands, two temperaments, one shared art of living. Corfu, the cosmopolitan, charms with its endless olive groves, its impossibly blue coves and its capital with Venetian airs. Paxos, the confidential, wraps you in its intimate charm: stone lanes, pocket-sized harbours, cliffs plunging into a translucent sea. With Kelifos, this self-guided trip of ten days invites you to discover these two jewels of the Ionian Sea at your own pace, in complete serenity. Your luggage is transferred, the crossings organised, the charming addresses selected: all that remains is to savour.

Practical information

You stay in carefully selected charming addresses: hotels or guesthouses of 2 to 3-star comfort, near the sea or with a pool. On Corfu, your accommodation overlooks the bay of Liapades. On Paxos, you stay near the charming port of Gaios. Your luggage is transferred between accommodations: you carry only a small daypack each day.

Breakfasts are included on the island of Corfu. On Paxos, the village grocers and bakeries let you start the day with a warm cheese pita and a Greek coffee. For lunches and dinners, the tavernas and fish restaurants are plentiful: your route guide leads you to the best addresses.

This trip is accessible to all regular walkers. Walks last from two to six hours, on paths, tracks and minor roads. The pace is designed to leave time to stop, swim and photograph. Day 4 is the most sustained and remains optional: you can choose to stay in Liapades for a rest day by the water.

From 2 people.

The trip begins on Day 1 at Kerkyra airport (Corfu) and ends on Day 10 at your accommodation in Kerkyra.

From May to mid-October. Spring (May to June) and autumn (September to October) offer the most agreeable conditions: mild temperatures, sublime light, islands free from the summer crowds.
